The yearly Maintenance Charge is £1247.00 plus VAT (1/2/2012 to 31/1/2013), in addition to which Ground Rent, insurance and normal electricity costs etc. would apply.

Excellent income can be obtained by owners putting their Lodges on our Holiday Letting Scheme for a few weeks, or by letting privately.
