All lodges are fully equipped and ready to use, with the exception of colour TV which the new owner can provide for himself or rent from the site at £60.00 plus VAT per annum.
The yearly Maintenance Charge is £1198.00 plus VAT (1/2/2010 to 31/1/2011), in addition to which Ground Rent, insurance and normal electricity costs etc. would apply.
Excellent income can be obtained by owners putting their Lodges on our Holiday Letting Scheme for a few weeks, or by letting privately.
