Fishing the River Teifi

The River Teifi flows for more than seventy miles from it's source in the Cambrian Mountains to it's estuary at Cardigan, the Teifi. Known as the Queen of the Game Fishing Rivers it is both wild and beautiful. Shallow runs, thundering waterfalls and lazy dark pools, give the angler both variety and beautiful scenery.

In addition, the River Teifi is one of the top producing rivers for salmon and seatrout in the U.K.

If you already have a rod licence, fishing the river Teifi will require a permit, which are available locally.
